I'm not really coping all that well as many of us aren't. I'm vigilant about social distancing myself but am super concerned about my children, other family members and friends. I took this very seriously from the beginning. Many of my peeps did not. I was a germiphobe before - always the one with the hand sanitizer. Now I'm with the mask, the gloves, stop at the door and take off all my clothes. Steam treatments, warm drinks all day long. The whole nine. Thankful that my closest have avoided the virus and that I have only been affected periphally by knowing someone who knew someone. As I take time out to meditate and have my wusa moment, I also keep my hands clasped in prayer. Praying that remains my story. Praying for those families that have suffered devastating loses. Praying for peace comfort and understanding. Praying for the world!
I also believe that at least two people I know had the virus last year and survived it. They're considering donating blood if they have the antibody which I pray they do. Too much suffering. Too much dying. Too much stupidity. God help us all!
